East Coast Tasmania Wine Trail is an incredibly scenic, and tasty trail for both visitors and resident Tasmanian’s.
Heading north, your first stop is Bicheno where you will find The Farm Shed, East Coast Wine Centre. Subi and Helen showcase the magnificent vineyards of the region and incorporate wine-tastings and sales from all 20 East Coast region vineyards; as well as fine Tasmanian whisky and gin. You will also be delighted to find a retail gallery for Tasmanian art and design, and a post office.
Heading further north, White Sands Estate is home to Ironhouse Brewery, who love to brew and ferment as many things as they can.
If you prefer a tour, we can highly recommend Brad from The Long Lunch Tour Company. He will collect you from Edge of the Bay Resort, and show you the best that the East Coast Wine Trail has to offer.
We’ve included some links to more vineyard located North of Coles Bay. While they don’t have Cellar Doors, you will find them at The Farm Shed. If you’re headed south, you might find this article useful.
